SALE OF PRODUCTS

In addition to the product price, the Customer shall cover the cost of delivering the product to the address provided during the order.

By placing an order in the store, the Customer authorizes the Seller to arrange, on their behalf, a contract with a courier or postal company for the delivery of the purchased goods.

Any additional cost for the selected delivery method will be added to the order amount.

Payment for orders can be made using various payment methods, such as credit/debit card, bank transfer, electronic payments, etc.

For online payments, the order will be processed after payment confirmation.

For bank transfers, the order will be processed after the payment has been credited to the store’s account.

For in-person pickup, payment may be made in cash on the day the purchase is collected.
ORDER PROCESSING

To place an order, add the chosen product to your cart and follow the instructions displayed on the website.

The Seller is obliged to deliver the purchased items free from physical defects.

Orders paid by bank transfer or electronic payment system will be processed within 7 business days from the conclusion of the contract and the receipt of payment.

When placing an order, the Customer must provide a contact phone number and email address to ensure proper communication and confirmation of the order..
SHIPPING

Delivery is available via InPost parcel lockers or courier service. When choosing InPost delivery, please provide the parcel locker number or address. (Poland only)

Shipping outside Poland is available via DHL

Shipping is available within Poland and the European Union.

If the Customer notices any damage to the package, a damage report should be drawn up in the presence of the courier.

RETURNS

The Customer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

The Customer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract via a clear statement, for example by email to: madzia.kuczko@gmail.com

The Customer must return the purchased goods immediately, but no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in an undamaged, complete condition, without signs of use. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

Upon receipt of the returned goods and confirmation of their condition, the full amount paid for the products (excluding delivery costs) will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the product.
COMPLAINTS

If a product defect is found, the Customer has the right to submit a complaint.

The complaint must include details of the issue, including which product is being complained about, when the defect was noticed, and circumstances supporting the complaint and the Customer’s claims.

Complaints will be handled in accordance with applicable law, and the Customer will be informed of the outcome within 14 days of submitting the complaint.
